About Les Casaniers
We are located in beautiful countryside, with a perfect blend of peace and tranquillity but you are only minutes from the towns of Piégut-Pluviers 4km and Nontron, 8km giving you the ideal balance for a perfect holiday location. Each of our two Gites has a private pool with a private garden offering you all the privacy you need.
Situated in the picturesque Périgord Verres, surrounded by naturally beautiful countryside there is plenty to do. The area is popular for birdwatching and walking/rambling or if you prefer you can laze around your own private pool or spend time at the lake swimming, participating in other water based activities while enjoying the café and refreshment facilities.
For those more action-oriented visitors, you can go golfing, fishing and cycling or take part in some horse riding. There are local markets, chateaux, and a range of other attractions to visit and explore in the area.
